Purposes

Data is processed to: reply to contact-form messages; send the newsletter to people who subscribe; fulfil orders (payment, shipping, follow-up); and meet accounting and tax legal duties.

The legal basis is, as applicable, performance of the contract, consent (newsletter) or legitimate interest (replying to enquiries).

Processors

Convex hosts application data. Resend sends email (contact, newsletter, order-related messages). Stripe processes payments and the information needed for the transaction. These providers act for the controller, within those purposes.

Retention

Contact messages: as long as needed to handle the request, then limited archiving. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Order data: the statutory accounting retention period. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in each email.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@charlotteghilini.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data-protection authority).
