Artistic approach
Her work grows from close observation of the natural world — geological strata, plant textures, light on water. Each canvas is an invitation to slow down and be absorbed by the material.
Charlotte favours large formats that allow total immersion. She layers acrylic, ink, pastel and sometimes collage until a living, almost tactile surface appears, where the abstract and the figurative speak in silence.
Each work is the result of a slow, intuitive process, guided as much by chance as by intention. The gesture is free, the palette sober but deep, and the gaze always turned toward what is essential.
The studio
The studio is both intimate and open, filled with natural light. This is where the canvases come to life, among pigments, brushes and sketchbooks. A place of ongoing research, where every day brings its own discoveries.
Charlotte works there every day, alternating intense creation with quieter looking. The studio is open by appointment for collectors and art lovers who wish to discover her world more closely.
